But anyways, onto the freebie. In more e-book news, eBooknewser reported that there was a 158 percent increase in ebook purchases, as opposed to the 40 percent decrease in hardcover adult fiction.

A Reader's Digest survey discovered that 1/5 of kids hardly ever pick up a book, and one in twenty children have never read a book. :-/
