Speed Date 2 - Extension

We know many of you were waiting to hear the winner of Deidre and Pamela's speed date contest today, but the agents need a little bit more time. The race is now on between Bob Martinez and Brandy Shockley, and the final announcement will be posted tomorrow by 2:30pm ET.  Good luck to Bob and Brandy, and congrats on making it such a tough choice! Shows that both of these writers are extremely talented. :-)

In the meantime, please check out this special cause. Deidre is participating in a benefit for Fatin Soufan and her family. Fatin is a well-known member of the romance community who runs the Romance Reader at Heart site. Recently, her husband was shot to death at his workplace, and Deidre is one of many publishing folks who have donated their time or certain items toward an auction to help benefit Fatin and her children.
