It's great news to hear how Romance is selling better than ever. No surprise, I guess, as reading a great book can be a constant in your life regardless of economic factors.
To all the authors - keep on writing! To all the readers - immerse yourself!
From what I've seen, people are taking to reading more and more lately and I don't think it's totally economics driven. That's a good thing! Books are so very important to people of all ages. They teach children about the world they live in, they allow adults a break from the pressures of the real world and they keep the mind active for the elderly. They're wonderful medicine, no matter what the genre.
LOL... I can see it now - A big cardboard box with the words - WILL WORK FOR ROMANCE - Great post!
