Speed Date 2 -- Grand Prize Winner Announcement!

We are thrilled to announce the winner of Speed Date 2 – Brandy Shockley!! Brandy's YA manuscript definitely caught Deidre's attention, and she will receive a critique and mentoring from Deidre with an eye toward possible representation. This was a very tough competition, and both agents were extremely excited to see another great crop of writers submit their stories. Please join us in giving a BIG congrats to Brandy!

Also, I think some of you might have forgotten, but there is one more matter to settle... One person was randomly drawn from the initial 125 recipients to receive a first chapter critique. The winner of that prize was Christine Gallimore.
