Thursday night we partied in the TKA chat room with fab YA authors Lauren Baratz-Logsted and Greg Logsted. We were having such a wild time, we brought the house down. Literally. Server came crashing down. Okay, that's not exactly what happened, but how would you know? You weren't even there! ;) Whatever the case, the techno gods were smiling on us and we were able to pick up right where we left off. With the advent of Kindle, and now the sleeker, pencil-thin Kindle 2, books are seemingly becoming obsolete...well if you have $400 laying around to drop on this fancy-schmancy technology. MSNBC.com interviewed an unlikely Kindle owner to find out why she decided to forgo traditional books. Ah, the lure of technology is strong!
