This is terrible, just awful, whatever the motivation it is seriously unprofessional!! And mean.
Yanno, this sucks. And not in a good way, either.
This is EXACTLY what I was talking about on the other post. Deidre has the guts to truly put herself out there (rather than behind a fake name) and this is the thanks she get.
I hope whomever has done this to Deidre reads this, and realizes how much they screwed it up not only for themselves, but for the publishing industry as a whole. This will merely cause more agents/editors/industry professionals NOT want to make themselves available for fear (quite justified) of having themselves possibly (not likely though) discredited.
I hope Karma finds you, Oh Mighty Cowardly One, and I hope it's right in the nads.
