Reopen to Queries for General Submissions
The Knight Agency is glad to announce that as of November 9, 2005 we are once more accepting queries for general submissions. Before presenting your material, please take a moment to read and follow the submission guidelines posted on our website. Great news! If only I were ready to submit :(
How long do you expect to stay open to submissions? (Specifically, thru the end of the year and into January? The future is uncertain, ask again later?)
We try to remain open. We love new and exciting stuff! However, sometimes we just get swamped. I will ask Elaine (our Manuscript Coordinator) her thoughts, and hopefully she'll post a better answer for you!

What is the process to check on a submission that was requested back before the shut-down? My submission is past the 8-12 week mark stated on your website.
